In this edition of "Behind the Scenes with Accountable," we're excited to introduce Kelcie Feldotto, a dedicated Recruiter in our School Division. Since joining Accountable Healthcare nearly four years ago, Kelcie has been instrumental in sourcing top talent and ensuring successful placements within special education departments in schools.​

A Journey from Pâtisserie to Recruitment

Kelcie holds a Business Degree from the University of Arkansas (Woo Pig!). Before transitioning into recruitment, she spent five years at a French pâtisserie in Dallas, leading teams in macaron production, custom designs, and cake decorating. This experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment equipped her with skills that seamlessly translated into her role at Accountable Healthcare.​

Beyond the Office

Outside work, Kelcie cherishes time with her family, friends, and dog, Murphy. They enjoy walks and visits to their favorite coffee shop for pup cups. An avid Dallas Stars fan, Kelcie attends games whenever possible. She also has a passion for flower arranging and baking. Recently, she embraced the joy of becoming an aunt, with her niece now being one of her favorite companions.​

Passion for Helping Others

Kelcie's favorite aspect of her job is being part of a supportive team and having the opportunity to help others. She is committed to providing candidates with a positive experience at all phases of employment, from securing the best-fit position to delivering continual support throughout an assignment.​
