In this edition of Behind the Scenes with Accountable, we’re excited to introduce Veronica Allatines, our Corporate HR Generalist. Veronica officially joined Accountable Healthcare Staffing in 2021, but her connection with the company dates back to 2016 when she worked as the Account Manager for our primary background screening vendor. Through that role, she built strong relationships with branch employees and managers and quickly got a feel for the company’s culture. It was clear to her even then that Accountable was a place where she could grow and excel.

Veronica earned her undergraduate degree from Temple University and spent several years working as a Legal Assistant before transitioning into human resources. Her background in legal work and her experience in vendor management helped pave the way for her current role in HR, where her attention to detail and commitment to people-centered service truly shine.

Outside work, Veronica enjoys cooking Asian cuisine, taking Pilates classes, and watching football—especially when her team, the Philadelphia Eagles, is playing. E-A-G-L-E-S! She also has a creative side, earning a minor in Dance and teaching for several years. A passionate traveler who loves exploring the world and its diverse histories and cultures.

When asked about her favorite part of the job, Veronica doesn’t hesitate—her team. She credits their consistent support, open communication, and dependability as a key reason she enjoys coming to work each day.

She leaves us with a thoughtful line that sums up her approach to work and life: “Question Today. Rewrite Tomorrow.”
