In this edition of Behind the Scenes with Accountable, we're excited to spotlight Christina Rogers, our Senior Credentialing Coordinator in the WTC department. Christina plays a key role in managing compliance files for the Christus Facilities, ensuring everything is accurate and up to standard.

Christina has been with Accountable for six years, drawn to the company by the opportunity to grow within the healthcare staffing field. With a decade of credentialing experience under her belt, she continues to enjoy the fast-paced and rewarding nature of the industry. Before her career in healthcare staffing, she also worked in hospitality—bringing with her a strong sense of service and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Christina calls Orlando home and enjoys spending time with her husband, especially playing video games and exploring the local area. She has a creative side too—dancing has always been a passion, and she once dreamed of performing on Broadway or television.

A unique and enthusiastic fan of professional wrestling, Christina has been watching WWE since she was six years old and has even attended several WrestleMania events. Her love for the sport has spread to her nieces and nephews, making it a fun family tradition. She also enjoys all things Disney, from the movies to the theme parks.

When it comes to work, Christina’s favorite part of her job is the team. She thrives in a collaborative environment where everyone supports each other to tackle urgent tasks quickly and efficiently. The camaraderie and shared drive make every challenge more manageable and every success more meaningful.

Family-oriented and always bringing positive energy, Christina loves hosting game nights and making sure those around her feel uplifted and appreciated. Her spirit and dedication make her an invaluable part of the Accountable team.
