Continuing with our Accountable Behind the Scenes initiative, let's meet Alison Keeney, the Recruiter Assistant Team Manager in our Travel Division. Alison has been with Accountable for over 11 years, joining us by chance and finding a perfect fit.

As a travel RA, Alison assists recruiters with applications, reference checks, certifications, profile building, and submitting candidates to VMS jobs. As Team Manager, she supports her teammates, answers their questions, relays information from other departments, and lends a helping hand wherever needed.

Before joining Accountable, Alison worked in food service, holding management roles at Pizza Hut, Papa John's, and Sonic. This experience honed her organizational and leadership skills, which she now brings to her current role.

Outside of work, Alison loves reading, with the Arrows Trilogy by Mercedes Lackey being her favorite. She’s also passionate about NASCAR, attending races whenever possible, and enjoys Oklahoma University and Minnesota Vikings football, beach trips, cooking, grilling, and music—especially Rock and Alternative. Recently, she and her daughter have started attending concerts together.

Alison has a unique connection to her high school, having graduated from the same one as her parents and many aunts and uncles—a rare continuity she cherishes.

Her favorite part of the job is helping someone secure employment. Every time a healthcare professional she has profiled gets a job offer, it makes her day.

As a proud single mom, Alison is excited about her daughter's upcoming graduation and plans to study Zoology at NCSU. Alison inspired her daughter's love for giraffes from a young age, making this next step even more special.
