In our ongoing Behind the Scenes with Accountable series, we're thrilled to spotlight Tricia Dickinson, a vital team member whose dedication and passion significantly impact our healthcare professionals and their assignments. Tricia works as the Credentialing and Compliance Coordinator, ensuring our HCPs are fully prepared and compliant for their roles.

Tricia joined Accountable in June 2012 as part of an acquisition, and she found it to be a perfect fit, prompting her to stay. Her journey in the healthcare staffing industry began in December 2003 with her pre-acquisition company, where she wore many hats. From staffing and on-call coordinators to account managers, payroll coordinators, recruiter assistants, credentialing, and team leads, Tricia has stepped in wherever needed, showcasing her versatility and dedication.

Outside of work, Tricia is a passionate volunteer and foster for Happy Homes Animal Rescue, a role she has embraced for the past 10 years. Alongside her family, she has fostered over 250 kittens, cats, puppies, and dogs, providing them with loving homes. Her particular passion lies in caring for bottle babies, special needs animals, and tough medical cases. Tricia has a soft spot for underdogs and loves seeing them find their happily ever after.

Adventures with her husband and kids are a significant part of Tricia's life. They have traveled to diverse destinations such as England, Wales, Italy, Canada, the Dominican Republic, and many different US states. Tricia cherishes off-the-beaten-path destinations, enjoying learning about different cultures and savoring local delicacies.

When she's not at work or volunteering, Tricia can be found hiking with her one-and-a-half-year-old Great Pyrenees pup, Freya. She also has a passion for cooking, seeing it as more than just a chore but an adventurous pursuit where she experiments and creates different flavors without strictly following recipes.

Tricia's favorite part of her job at Accountable is being part of a collaborative and supportive team, helping people achieve their goals. She values her long-lasting connections with colleagues and healthcare professionals throughout her tenure.

On a personal note, Tricia has been married to her husband Adam for 20 years, and they have two children: Luka, who is 18 years old, and Connor, who is 13 years old.
